These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hhhtik.com ("hhhtik", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use hhhtik.

1. What hhhtik is

hhhtik is a free online tool that lets you save publicly available TikTok content (videos, audio, stories, photos) to your own device, and view public TikTok profiles. hhhtik is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, Douyin, or ByteDance Ltd. in any way. "TikTok" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe what the tool does.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use online services) to use hhhtik. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use hhhtik with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

hhhtik is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you will:

• only download content you have the right to download — your own content, content with the creator's permission, or content you save strictly for personal offline viewing;
• not re-upload, sell, or commercially exploit other people's content without their permission;
• not use hhhtik to infringe anyone's copyright, privacy, or other rights;
• not access the service with automated tools (bots, scrapers, bulk scripts) or attempt to disrupt or overload it;
• comply with the laws of your country and with TikTok's own terms where they apply to you.

4. Content and copyright

All content you access through hhhtik is created by and belongs to its respective creators and rights holders. hhhtik does not host, store, or claim any rights over that content — files pass directly from TikTok's servers to your device and are never saved on ours. Responsibility for how downloaded content is used lies entirely with you.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe hhhtik is being used to infringe your copyright, contact us at [email protected] with the details (your rights, the content concerned, and the relevant links). We take valid complaints seriously and will respond promptly.

6. No warranty

hhhtik is provided "as is" and "as available", free of charge. We don't guarantee that the service will always work, that every video can be downloaded, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. TikTok changes its platform regularly and parts of the service may stop working at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, hhhtik and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including any consequences of how you use downloaded content.

8. Changes to the service and to these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always available on this page with its "last updated" date. Continued use of hhhtik after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
